Anthuria is probably the second highlight of this rebalance patch, making her perhaps one of the strongest buffer in Fire (sorry Anila) since she multiplies your damage by 3 if you can stack all her buffs to the utmost. Aoidos helps ramping up the hype much faster, and by turn 6 or 7 in the worst case, all your characters will be under hype 4. Opus has a stamina + Auto cap key, and Ultima has a CA cap key.
The idea behind the comp : - Stack as much cap breaking sources as possible (echoes from Yuel, Oratorio, Aoidos passive, highlander grid). - Get to Hype 4 + 50% ATK up from Anthuria - Watch your autos reach the damage cap even against 20 base def enemies.
The DA/TA is assured by Oratorio + Ultima harp MH. The comp is extremely hard to kill if the enemy has little AoE attacks, and it has good base DEF thanks to Aoidos' passive. Outside of burst comp, this looks like one of the highest damage potential team for fire magna, which really benefits from these buffs.
Cons : Very vulnerable to enemy dispel, since it will remove all your hype stacks that you have to rebuild from the start (Qilin summon can help here). Great sustain if you play manual, but in FA you might end up dying against an enemy with high damage.
Alternatives : - MH can be replaced with Kerak which helps with the sustain issue, and allows your autos to go over 1m damage (advised for low DEF / primal grids) - Yuel can be replaced with either Societte for more defensive tools and slightly less powerful echo (and no healing), or Mugen. It's important to use a Harp user to benefit from Oratorio here. - If you have devil ULB, it's possible to use this grid with Devil x Shiva instead, replacing the Bahamut Dagger with another magna or EX weapon.
