Today’s creative lesson uses two of my most loved art supplies – a black oil pastel (you can use a crayon) AND watercolours. This lesson is “fail safe” – no mini artist needs to worry about “getting it perfect” as we will be having some fun with abstract art just like the Master Artist Wassily Kandinsky. Kandinsky is a famous Russian artist and pioneer of the Abstract Art movement. He found lots of inspiration for his artworks from listening to music. So get your tunes ready, we will make are and listen to some fun beats.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS:
Have a set location for art supplies and model how to set up and pack away supplies. Your mini artist can do it themselves next time. Repeat this lesson listening to different music tracks – you will get different results! Protect your table (plastic placements, newspaper or a table cloth will do!)
