Just want to share our experienced during our overnight here in san victor, actually it is unplanned trip, nonetheless it was a mind-blowing gate-away because i can see the difference and the effort of this retreat island in improving and restoring the place.
While traveling to san victor, the weather is not that good, the bangkero( driver of the boat) told us that northeast monsoon(amihan) is present. So, i was not able to take some videos or photos going to san victor island due to heavy rains and sea waves were quite strong. I suggest, you wear clothes above knee to make sure you will not get wet upon boarding the boat.
Upon arrival of the island, you just need to give the registration form coming from the registration area, you can see the whole flow on my other videos of san victor because it is my 4th time here in san victor island. We payed 1820 for the room(2 person 1600), the entrance and boat. Their check in time is 2pm-10am, don’t worry about the boat, because the same boat will pick you up. With regards to services they are absolutely accommodating, you have no problem in terms of food because you can order as long as it is in their menu and it is delicious too. The cleanliness and solemnity of the place was undeniably magnificent that wanted you more to go back again and again. There are a lot of open cottages for the people that wants day tour and there are also close cottages for family, for 6 people and tents are for rent also. If you are budgeting your trip, you can bring your food and cook here. This island suits for everyone, for family, friends, workmates and everybody. However, for children, you should at least guide and be mindful during their swim time because the waves are not that calm, well it depends on the weather as well, and life guard is looking and doing his job to protect the life of their customer.
