●Ingredients for biryani (serving 15)
1 kg Dawat biryani basmati rice
8 cloves
6 to 7 Cardamom
2 Cinnamon
Salt to taste
5 Tbsp oil
9 onion
2 cup milk
Half Tsp saffron
250 gm Masoor
1 Ltr oil
1.6 kg chicken
Half cup ginger garlic chilli paste
3/4 cup oil

1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ghee
4 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
3 Tbsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
A handful of Sugar
600 gm yogurt
1 tbsp rose water
2 tbsp kewra water
Red food colour
Yellow food colour
●For Raita
Half cup coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt to tast
200 gm yogurt
5 Cucumber
