I tried to find out if I can get a character to look a little bit like me. But MetaHuman has its limitations. MetaHuman is a Character creator that delivers plausible human characters. It is not supposed to deliver faithful recreations but believable characters instead. And that might be a good thing for now, with how good these characters are already looking. At first glance you might just mistake these for a real person.

I for one had a lot of fun using this very powerful tool in the early stages and I can't wait to see this software improve.

How do you overlay photos?

You can search up a program called "PureRef" if you want to overlay photos. They operate on a pay what you want model and you can set the custom amount to 0 if you simply want to test it out.

Some basic shortcuts to get you started:

Drag in some photos:

Select one you want to overlay and hit Ctrl+Y to enter overlay mode.

Ctrl+Shift+A for always on top mode.

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Dragging Left Mouse Cursor to change transparency.

Resizing and positioning should be fairly self-explanatory.
