It took me a while to arrive at a solution, tried many approaches, but this solution gave good results while being quite simple: Each motor is in a closed loop of its own, and the Setpoint being fed to them is calculated as the mean between both their positions :
Setpoint = (posA+posB)/2; //setpoint is the average between both motor positions
COOL HUH?
