Ingredients: 1 cup Maida 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp soda bicarb 2 mashed, ripe bananas 1/2 cup Melted sugar-free chocolate 3 tbsp Butter 2 tsp sugar substitute 1/2 cup milk
Method of preparation: In a cup add maida, baking powder, soda bicarb, mix them well and keep it aside. In another cup add mashed, ripe bananas, sugar-free chocolate, butter, sugar substitute, milk and whisk them together. Start adding the dry ingredient mixture to this slowly. Clean the bowl once with a rubber spatula and our batter is ready. Take a greased and dusted baking tray and add the prepared batter to it. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Our Brownie is ready. Take the brownie out on a wire rack and cool it for 2 hours. Before serving the brownie, cut it into pieces and heat it in an oven for 10 - 15 secs.
