2015, In this episode we’re talking with Hal Elrod, a future Tony Robbins, who knows more than a thing or two about success, comebacks, manifesting your desires, and even getting in the hall of fame, well, for business that is!
It all began after a near death accident left him with brain damage and 11 broken bones, AFTER he died three times. But he didn’t give up on life, but instead reframed the tragedy and turned it into an advantage.
This is a habit changing interview, and quite possibly life-changing as well. If you follow Hal’s advice, you can’t help but be happier, more productive, and more on your way toward your dreams!
Some of the key questions asked: 1. What happened when a drunk-driver hit you head on at 80 miles an hour? 2. I’m told you died three times in the first week. As someone who’s had two near-death experiences, do you recall anything from the first week or the time you were dead? 3. After 6 days in a coma 7 weeks to learn how to walk again, 11 fractured bones and permanent brain damage, losing part of your brain, you said you KNEW you would never be the same, and that this would be a good thing. How could you see it this way? 4. What are some of the things you did or mental shifts you made to come back (I believe they include embracing things as they are, looking forward, and focusing 100% on making the best with what you had. Plus GRATITUDE.) 5. What happened in 2004, when you were inducted into your Cutco business’s hall of fame, that spurred you on to do even more to reach your potential in 2005? a. How did you double your sales in 2005 AND write a best-seller at the same time? 6. In 2006 you took a giant leap of faith and became a successful author and life-coach, but then in 2007 everything fell apart for you for a second time. What happened when the economy collapsed, your coaching business fell, and your publisher LEFT THE country on you. 7. How did you come back after being so far in debt and even losing your house? 8. 2008 you confessed “I can barely get out of bed” incredibly depressed, and then a friend said “you’d better get running”. What did you do??? a. How’d you do that, and as someone with two titanium femurs, what did THAT feel like? 9. In the book Miracle Morning, you talk about many successful people such as Oprah, Tony Robbins, Bill Gates, Deepak, Wayne Dyer, and many more who were early risers, what did they know that you learned? 10. Were you a morning person in the beginning? 11. What if you say you’re NOT A MORNING PERSON? 12. How do you wake up with more energy on less sleep? 13. What’s the secret to making every morning feel like Christmas? 14. What are the benefits of a miracle morning? 15. You’ve made a miracle morning template you call SAVERS, what does each letter stand for? a. S – silence b. A – Affirmations c. V – Visualization d. E – Exercise e. R – Reading f. S – Scribe – Writing/Journally 16. You mention Oprah, Russel Simons, Sting, Jerry Seinfeld, and CEO Rick Goings of Tupperware, Why you do you think they meditate? 17. Why are successful people, using affirmations such as Will Smith, Jim Carrey, Muhammed Ali, Suze Orman, and of course O 18. Bill gates, Arnold Schwarzenegger, tony Robbins, Tiger Woods, Will Smith, Jim Carrey, and Oprah. What are the visualizations that they do or you do?
