Hey everyone! This is the first video in my #stayhomestaysafe cooking series. Lexi and I made breakfast for dinner, and decided to film it! This meal is super easy, and a great way to enjoy some of your breakfast favorites at night. We had such a fun time cooking together, and hope you guys enjoyed following along with us!
(Feel free to add your favorite breakfast ingredients such as bacon, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, onions, etc! It is totally customizable!)
Directions: 1. Cut ham into 1/2 inch cubes and sauté until golden brown. Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until fully wilted. Add garlic powder and mix. 2. Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Mix in cheese. 3. Add egg mixture to the pan with the spinach and ham, and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. 4. Enjoy!
Note: This recipe makes enough eggs for 4 large portions. If you are making this as a single serving breakfast, I would cut the recipe down to at least quarters.
